Terms of Service

Welcome to Agendii. These are the rules for using it — written in plain language, because that's how we'd want them too. By creating an account or messaging Agendii's WhatsApp number, you're agreeing to them.

What Agendii is

Agendii is a task-capture and reminder tool: you forward messages or send voice notes on WhatsApp, and it organizes them into a to-do list (optionally synced to your Google Calendar). It is not a general-purpose chatbot, and it doesn't answer questions — it files your to-dos.

Your account

• You must be at least 13, and the WhatsApp number you link must be your own.
• Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your login is your responsibility.
• One account per person. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Fair use

Don't use Agendii to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, or probe/overload the service. We rate-limit heavy traffic to keep the service fast and affordable for everyone, and we may suspend accounts that abuse it.

Payment

Agendii's paid plan is billed monthly, cancel anytime, and the price is shown at checkout. If a subscription lapses, your paid features pause but your data stays (and stays deletable) per the Privacy Policy.

The honest fine print

• AI transcription and task-extraction are excellent but not perfect — double-check anything critical (a time, an address, a dosage). Agendii is an organizer, not a substitute for your judgment.
• Agendii depends on services we don't control (WhatsApp, Google, our AI providers). If one of them has an outage, parts of Agendii may pause too.
• The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 3 months.
• Agendii is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta/WhatsApp or Google.

Changes
