Privacy Policy

Agendii turns messages and voice notes you forward on WhatsApp into a to-do list. To do that, we handle some of your information. This page explains exactly what we keep, what we don't, and how to delete everything.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, email, and WhatsApp phone number, so we know whose list is whose.
• Messages you send or forward to Agendii's number: read to create your to-dos and kept for about 90 days so Agendii can remember context and help you better, just like a real secretary would. You can see everything it holds and delete any of it at any time in Settings → Memory or by texting "forget my chat history". Older history is compressed into short summaries. No human ever reads your messages.
• Voice notes you send: converted to text right away. The audio recording itself is never stored, it is processed in memory and discarded.
• Your to-dos: the to-do itself ("Call the plumber, Thursday 3pm"), kept until you complete or delete them, or delete your account.
• Things worth remembering about you: Agendii saves short facts so you never repeat yourself, "my wife is Sarah," "I finish work at 6," "the landlord is Mr. Chen." It is the one thing we keep long-term, because it's the thing that makes a secretary useful. You are always in control of it: text "what do you remember about me?" to see the whole list, "forget [that thing]" to remove one, or "forget everything" to wipe it all. Agendii refuses to save secrets, passwords, PINs, card, account or ID numbers are blocked outright.

Agendii only ever sees messages you choose to send or forward to it. It cannot read your other WhatsApp chats, that isn't technically possible, and we wouldn't want to.

No human reads your messages. Everything you send Agendii is processed automatically, by software, only to do the thing you asked, file the to-do, set the reminder, answer your question. Our team can see counts (how many people signed up, how much the service is used); our admin tools do not display the contents of what anyone writes, says, or plans, and we don't keep your messages to display. The one exception is feedback you deliberately send us, and even that is compiled into an anonymous summary with no names attached.

Being straight with you about encryption. WhatsApp encrypts your message on its way to us. But you are messaging a business, not a friend, so WhatsApp hands it to our system in readable form. That is how every WhatsApp assistant works: something has to actually read your message to act on it, so it is not end-to-end encrypted in the "even we couldn't see it" sense, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we do instead is keep only what the job needs, in your full view: your to-do list, about 90 days of conversation history so Agendii can remember context (all of it visible and deletable by you, in Settings → Memory or with one text), and the short facts above. Please still don't send passwords, card numbers, or ID numbers to any assistant, ours included.

Service providers

A small number of service providers help run Agendii: message delivery, voice transcription, AI processing, and hosting. Each receives only what it needs to do its one job, and none may use your information for anything else. We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.

Google Calendar (optional)

If you connect Google Calendar, Agendii asks for one permission: managing calendar events. We use it for two things only: adding your timed to-dos to your calendar (and removing an event if you delete its to-do), and , if you have reminders on, checking your next few upcoming events so we can text you a heads-up shortly before they start. We never read your contacts or email, and we don't store your calendar's contents, only a small marker so you aren't reminded twice. You can disconnect anytime in the app, which also works via your Google account settings.

Agendii's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deleting your data

Text "delete my data" to Agendii's WhatsApp number and confirm. That permanently erases your account: every to-do (including anything sitting in your Deleted tab), your activity history, your conversation memory, anything Agendii learned about you, and your Google Calendar connection. You can also email us (below) and we'll do it for you.

Security

Data is stored on access-controlled servers, transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS everywhere), and passwords are stored only as salted hashes (we never see them). Daily backups exist so your list isn't lost; they're erased on the same schedule as the data above. Our strongest protection is simply how little we hold: no voice recordings, conversation history kept only ~90 days (viewable and deletable by you at any time), and your to-dos gone the moment you delete them.

Children

Agendii is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
